At just 27, Roman Kemp is one of the country’s youngest and most promising broadcasters. Roman has hosted Capital FM’s breakfast show for 4 years, having previously had his own successful evening daily show and mid-morning Sunday slot on the popular station. He has interviewed some of the biggest names in the entertainment industry, including the likes of Justin Bieber, Calvin Harris, Ariana Grande and Ed Sheeran.
In 2019, Roman made the final of I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here. Before this, he was announced as part of The X Factor presenting team and went on to present his own segment on the live Xtra Factor ITV2 show. He’s gone on to present the TV Baftas, countless film premiers and has hosted The Global Awards for three years running.
Last year Roman and his dad Martin hosted their new ITV morning show Sunday Best which is now back in 2021 as Weekend Best, for both Saturday and Sunday morning. With more guests, more segments and more excitement. As well as this, they have appeared in Celebrity Gogglebox for the last two seasons
Most recently Roman launched his own collection of bandanas in Topman in collaboration with Mind Charity. And this year, his biggest and most important project yet, Roman presented his own BBC One documentary Roman Kemp: Our Silent Emergency. A very raw film around male suiside and mental health.
Featuring in GQ, Men’s Health and articles in the Telegraph and Evening standard, Roman’s the voice of the generation with a lot in store. His other works included voicing the UK series and the Global series of Takeshi’s Castle and appearing on BBC1’s Michael McIntyre The Wheel, Would I Lie To You and Celebrity Juice. Roman’s collaborated with top brands and charities such as; Sport Relief, EE, Cadburys, Absolut and Coca Cola.
